CLUBHOUSE RENTAL
Truro’s clubhouse is available for THA and TCC members to reserve for private events. The space has free WI-FI, air-conditioning, a small kitchen, ADA compliant restrooms, and an outdoor deck. It has a capacity of 98 persons seated with tables or a 211 persons standing or chairs-only capacity. Rental includes ten 4’x6′ tables and eight 4′ diameter circular tables, plus chairs. Fee for half-day rental (4 hours) is $125. Full-day rental (9:00 a.m.-11:00p.m.) is $200. You can add private rental of the pool and pool deck from 9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. for an additional $200; plus lifeguard fees. Please inquire with the Clubhouse Rental Manager if you are interested in this option. All prices are subject to change. Confirm before booking.
TCC Members may request a party at the pool. A section of the pool deck is set aside for private use of the party, which is defined as any gathering that includes 10 or more non-members. Non-members include both adults and children attending the party, regardless if they will be swimming. The pool party sponsor/chaperone must be a TCC member and over the age of 18. Please complete the form and someone will be in touch to confirm your reservation. After operating hours, the entire pool and pool deck are available for private rental from 9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. The rental fee is paid to TCC. In addition, the lifeguard fee must be paid to the pool management company prior to the event date. If interested in this option, inquire on the Party Request Form.
