Truro has four hard-surface tennis courts beautifully located between the pool and the entrance to a wooded park trail. Complete with a gazebo for shade on those scorching days, the courts are well maintained and readily available for Truro members. The Truro Community offers a Men's Team, Ladies Team, and Junior Teams in the Northern Virginia Tennis League. Open to all Truro members, these teams give everyone a chance to play "friendly" competitive tennis in the Spring/ Summer seasons. Summer days start off with Adult Clinics in the early morning and lessons for kids throughout the day - all ages and abilities. The Tennis Committee welcomes new members at any time, if you would like to be part of the planning for tennis at Truro. The committee meets on an ad hoc basis.
