Truro Homes Association (THA)
If you are a homeowner within the contiguous original developments by Miller and Smith, then you are automatically a member of the Truro Homes Association (THA). As such, you are privy to the 45 acres of parkland and use of the Truro Community Center. You are also subject to THA annual assessment.

Truro Community Center (TCC)
Membership in the Truro Community Center is not automatic if you are a member of THA. Membership is open to anyone who wishes to use the clubhouse, tennis, and pool facilities.
