The Truro Clubhouse is now air conditioned, with a modern kitchen and ADA compliant restrooms, and has a capacity of 125 persons. The facility is available for parties and family events for either THA or TCC members. Both the Clubhouse and Pool are available for rental, but the pool may only be rented by TCC members. I If you have any questions regarding Clubhouose/Pool rental or reservations, please contact: Clubhouse@trurohomes.org Important Notes: The renter is responsible for obtaining any required County Noise Variances prior to key issuance if the party is to be outside with music. Friday and Saturday night parties involving guests primarily under the age of 18 must end at 11:30 pm, as opposed to 12 midnight in order to insure compliance with the Virginia law regarding curfew for drivers 18 and under (no driving from 12 am - 4 am). Please consult the TCC Manual (Clubhouse/Pool Reservations) for rules and regulations in renting the facility. Please carefully note the new requirements under Virginia’s ABC laws. |
